Riley Collins brings extensive professional experience and personal passion as the CEO of Altitude Recovery Community. He holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (#114676). Riley has more than ten years of experience in behavioral therapy, mental health treatment, and substance abuse counseling.

Riley founded Altitude Recovery Community to fulfill his vision of providing high-quality, compassionate care. He also serves as the Clinical Supervisor, drawing on his own journey in recovery that now spans more than six years of sobriety.

Riley started his career as a behavioral therapist before transitioning into roles as a substance use counselor and mental health therapist. He is dedicated to helping others find the road to recovery. As CEO, Riley ensures that Altitude maintains a standard of clinical excellence and a focus on changing lives.

Kristi Keelan

Kristi Keelan brings personal experience and a passion for helping others in her role as Program Director at Altitude Recovery Community. She has been working in addiction treatment for four years and with Altitude for nearly two years. Kristi is registered with CCAPP and CADE and is soon to become a SUDRC-III.

Kristi has been with Altitude since the doors first opened, even helping launch their second facility. She loves being part of a work family that is fully dedicated to creating positive change for those suffering from addiction. Kristi finds it incredibly fulfilling to help people rediscover hope and regain their lives. 

In recovery herself, Kristi understands firsthand the difficulties faced in addiction. She firmly believes in Altitude’s approach of care and compassion. Outside of work, Kristi enjoys football (go Chargers!), spending time at the beach, and continuously learning new things. She is proud to be part of a team that helps miracles happen every day.

Miko Juvinall

Director of Marketing/Admissions/Business Development

Miko Juvinall

Miko Juvinall brings passion and personal experience to her role as Director of Marketing/Admissions/Business Development at Altitude. She began her career in the field in 2020 working as a technician before being promoted to case manager. Miko has an AA in psychology and has completed the CCAPP courses for her CADC certification. 

In 2018, Miko achieved recovery after battling addiction herself. Her personal journey gives her a unique understanding of the recovery process. Miko has been with Altitude since its inception in 2021, working alongside Riley Collins, Altitude’s CEO, to turn the vision of the treatment center into a reality.

Miko co-chairs the Los Angeles chapter of the Women’s Association for Addiction Treatment, leading monthly meetings to support women working in the field. Outside of work, Miko enjoys spending time focusing on her own recovery. She also volunteers with Friends of Foster Children and cherishes time with her two cats and two dogs. Miko is dedicated to providing compassionate support and hope to every person seeking recovery from addiction.

Carlos H. Peralta

Carlos H. Peralta, Jr.

Carlos brings eighteen years of social services experience to his role as Clinician at Altitude Recovery Community. He holds a BA in Psychology from California State Channel Islands and a Masters in Social Work from California State Long Beach. 

Carlos started his career working as a Parent Partner for wraparound programs at Vista Del Mar and Casa Del Mar. He then became a Child Welfare Social Worker for Ventura County CFS. Now in his fourth week at ARC, Carlos conducts assessments, creates treatment plans, and facilitates individual and group therapy sessions.

Through NASW membership and his education, Carlos is dedicated to exploring clients’ needs and identifying healthy coping skills to support their recovery process. Outside of work, he enjoys gardening, collecting records, and being part of a classic car club. Carlos is passionate about self-care and helping others improve their lives.

Reina Gallardo brings compassion and dedication to her role as Case Manager at Altitude Recovery Community. She is a certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor who is currently completing her education in Addictive Disorders Studies. Reina is also a Registered Addiction Counselor through CAADE.

Reina has found purpose in being able to help those struggling through addiction.

Outside of work, Reina enjoys camping and spending time outdoors. She is proud to be part of a team that strives to create positive change in others’ lives.

With training in Excel, Word, Quickbooks, and various payroll services, Kimberly expertly handles a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks.
